Mount Pleasant Civic Centre

The new Mount Pleasant Civic Centre, located at 1 Kingsway in Vancouver, is a 30,750-square-foot multi-service civic centre that also includes a new Vancouver Public Library branch, a child development centre, and market value rental housing. The new facility incorporates the latest technology and offers a wide range of leisure activities and services for all ages and interests. Viaduct Sheet Metal was honoured to be involved in a project that reflects Vancouver's CityPlan vision for developing neighbourhood centres. Principles of sustainability guided the planning and design of this project to ensure a safe and healthy building that makes efficient use of natural resources.

BC Cancer Agency

For the 6,000 square-foot addition to the BC Cancer Agency's Vancouver Centre, Viaduct carried out the sheet metal work for mechanical purposes using a design-build concept.
