The national retail specialty store known as Holt Renfrew recently added to its franchise with its Pacific Centre location in downtown Vancouver at 737 Dunsmuir Street. This project covers 137,000 square feet over 3 levels and construction was completed in 2007. The project incorporated a total of 23 individual retail Customer Replaceable Units, each with its own independent design team. The sheet metal portion of the new store was one project where Viaduct sheet Metal used its 3D technology. Because the project had to meet the non-negotiable client delivery time, the Holt Renfrew was one where 3D drawings were required to be done up on the job site. This project has been considered a flagship project that has helped Viaduct expand its capabilities.
